Hi team,
I enrolledy kid for a course Planet Spark for good eng speaking. Paid ***** for this.
Before enrollment they promised that if we don't want to continue after some classes than planet spark will refund our amount)I have recorded audio for proof). But after * classes my kid is not ready to continue as he didn't found that much intresting so we asking for refund but now planet spark is making unnecessary arguments n telling about there policies ( which planet spark did* informed before) and not ready to refund our money. Please help us. Our money for stucked.
When I researched I found many many parents like me stuck with this fraud company. * groups i found on FB against planet spark. Really it was shocking that how this type of company is still thr n making people fool. Why no one is looking after all this.
I request u to plz guide us n help us to get our hard earned money back.
