I had taken the loan from Mobikwik zip wallet, I paid my full EMI by talking to Mobikwik and got the loan closed but my loan was not closed by Mobikwik people and still EMI is showing, paid only on **th January I am getting repeated calls and messages on WhatsApp for payment, till now I have called and emailed more than ** times but no help was received.
