i bought a car hyundai venue(model-s) a week ago from "patel hyundai" bhavnagar,gujarat.i was in a middle of a way to mumbai, my stereo system will goes off and not working from there on. i go to service ceneter in mumbai but they said the parts of that system will be not available in whole mumbai so i asked it in written but they dont provide it to me. so, the process is started and they said that you have to go to that place where you buy this car(hyundai provide all india service).so tommorow (**th april) i sent my car to showrrom for service there also they said that the system is not available and you have to wait for ** to ** days for that.
i bought a new car but there will be a major issue a have facing and company not providing any solution for that
