I was employed as a QA Engineer at Blucursor Infotech Pvt Ltd from **th December **** to *th April ****. My employer committed multiple statutory violations and caused direct financial and professional harm.
My resignation acceptance letter was withheld until my last working day (*th April ****), despite repeated follow-ups during my notice period. This delay caused me to lose a confirmed job offer from a well-known company based in Indore, M.P. — a Monday to Friday Hybrid role located close to my residence, which was especially suitable for me as I have a dependent mother living with me.
Salary slips were not issued for my entire *+ year tenure, which caused the loss of a second job opportunity where salary slips were mandatory for verification.
Following my resignation, I received only a partial F&F payment on **th April ****. The remaining amount was withheld for over ** working days and was deposited only on *rd June ****, well beyond the legal settlement timeline. My relieving letter, experience letter and other documents were also delayed for nearly two months and are only now being made available for collection.
Due to the above delays, I remained jobless for a full month (*th April to *th May ****). I was eventually compelled to join another organization on *th May **** with a Monday to Saturday Work-From-Office role, a significantly less favourable arrangement compared to the Hybrid opportunity I lost due to my employer's negligence.
Additionally, my appraisal cycle (originally July–December ****) was unilaterally changed to November ****–March **** despite multiple follow-ups, resulting in a reduced and delayed increment. This appraisal was further reverted upon my resignation, causing monetary loss from both the original appraisal delay and its subsequent reversal.
My EPFO Date of Exit was also not updated, and an incorrect PF contribution for May **** was deposited against my UAN, falsely showing my employment as active beyond my actual tenure.
All of the above is supported by documented email evidence, WhatsApp records, bank statements, and appraisal communication.
