I recharged the sride account with paytm and had the balance in the wallet of sride. The balance amount was around **** rs on March **th. Now due to lockdown I am not using that money.
They updated their terms and condition which says you cant take the money back from wallet some time in March. But I recharged my account in Feb.
Now they have converted my wallet money to sride's rides by themselves which I am not going to use. Please help for the same. I have sent several emails to them but they are very reluctant.
