I booked Spice Jet Flight for travel on *th of Nov.
Delhi to Varanasi *:** PM , prior to this we are travelling from another flight which will arrive at Delhi T* terminal at *:** pm. I booked the flight considering Sufficient time to catch the SpiceJet Flight from T*D Domestic Terminal.
But SpiceJet Suddenly pre-poned the flight to **:** , leaving us impossible to catch the flight, i am travelling with my son * years old , wife and me( travelling due to medical condtion to home) , i talked to customer care of SpiceJet to change to another flight which is on same at *:**, its delay but we can catch that flight , but they said its chargeable to extra INR **** , from my previously booked flight of ***** for * adult and * child.
They are not providing any other solution and for anything they said its pre-poned due to operational reason , we cant help.Now we dont have any other option, as there are no other flights, and i have booked onward journey/hotels in Varanasi considering this.
Causing me total loss of this booking in SpiceJet and they get free money.
I am really frustrated with the SpiceJet Airline behaviour and i think i wont be their services again unless emergency.
