I have bought sony ** inches tv * days back and i feel the picture view quality is not up to the mark and i am not Satisfied , so Asked sony to replace the TV with bigger size of ** inches where we are ready to pay the balance amount for ** inches tv when going from ** inches .
sony policy says " there is ** day replacement or return of product when customer is not satisfied".
But when contacted sony customer care , they are saying not able to return or refund the product.
