hi,
i bought my new laptop on ** july ****. after i week i start facing battery problems . i called to my seller and informed about this problem and he arranged * customer center engineers but later again i facing the same problems. After suggestion of seller i contacted to customer care and they also checked but the problem is not resolved. i told them replace my laptop or refund my money. they are harassing me and not fixing my problems. i have been following more than one week but they rounding me bush want to harassment case also .
