- Sold a defective Car to me Open

Fatal Engine Mount Breakage of my Car on January *st near a Speed breaker on Tirupati-Chennai High way, with a close save from a deadly collision. The Car has been towed to “Hoshi kia Auto Pvt Ltd” Tirupati. Preliminary Diagnosis from the Service center says Driver shaft and C-mount got dislocated along with A-mount (engine bed) breakage.
Engine dislocation on a meagre bump is something unusual and I consider this as a serious Manufacturing lapse. Engine bed should be the hardest and elevated part to get an impact.
Same thing sent a mail to KIA Care but no reply from KIA care.
After * day Hoshi Kia has sent a mail as below.

Dear Mr. XXXXXXXX,
Further to the discussion had with you by the undersigned and our AGM-Service from the day one to till now since your car brought to our Tirupathi dealership. We have seen underbody of the car and as per the photographs shared to you, there is a hit on C mounting, lower arm and underbody got scratches. As explained during phone calls and mails this comes under external influence and not a manufacturing defect. In order to carry out the repairs, request you to provide insurance documents and support us with claim intimation.
NOTE; *. If the claim intimation is delayed later insurance may not support on the claim considering as delayed claim.
*. From **-**-**** parking charges of Rs.***/-per day will be charged.
Further during our conversation, you requested us to tow the vehicle to Chennai. In this regard we would like to reiterate that the same can be done under chargeable basis where in the towing team can be arranged and the contact details will be shared. Request you to have commercial discussion with the towing team.
Once again request you not to have any apprehension with the product and its quality of the same.

I am not satisfied with the reply from Hoshi Kia and called to KIA care ( **** *** ****) again to take appropriate action for the damage what happened to my car.
I got fed-up with KIA care reply and I travelled all the way from Chennai to Tirupati visited Hoshi KIA on **th January **** without any intimation.
Requested those guys to show my vehicle.
After through inspection I don't find Any SCRATCHES under the body.
I asked them there is no scratches and why you sent a mail stating that there is a scratches.
For that there is no reply and the agreed to repair the vehicle under dealer good-will fund.
And I demanded them to send a mail stating that there is no scratches under the body, but they are sending it so I took photos and videos of the vehicle and asked them to repair it.
From Jan *st vehicle is at Hoshi KIA Tirupati.
Provided wrong information to me stating that there are scratches under the body.
because of that wrong information I have travelled from Chennai to Tirupati by taking leave to my office.
