Recently bought a shaver from Snapdeal, Snapdeal appears to be Deaf. The product is Old and Used instead of new, its package is damaged and is not functional. Now I am writing emails to them Daily, Calling their helpline but there is simply Zero response from them. I have requested for a refund, but want to change the nature of the request for their benefit and mine both. It appears I am communicating only with a dummy Robot! No one is calling me back. This is a very frustrating experience. The only way out appears to be consumer court!
