I purchased jio sim in earlier months of **** at that time the internet speed was satisfactory (around * mbps which is enough for me) but after some time around * months later, internet speed becomes worst , even i am not able to open google page sometimes. Complaint many times in jio care but they said only two things *). Just because of many jio users you are getting slow internet speed but don't worry it's temporary and the issue will be solved soon. ( my only question is that it's around * years and i still getting slow internet speed, is it temporary? ) *). We found the network coverage in your area is weak, our network team tirelessly working on it, it will take *** -*** days to solve the issue. ( it's around **** days and they still said *** - *** day of time). Currently complaining daily about jio network in jio care but still not any improvement in service.
