- Skin got damaged while taking acne treatment from Vcare ^Open

I am filing this complaint regarding a cosmetic/skin treatment service availed from a skin care clinic. The issue pertains to improper treatment, skin damage caused as a result, and failure to honor a confirmed refund commitment.

I enrolled for a skin treatment package after being assured of safe procedures and visible improvement. However, during the course of the treatment, my skin condition deteriorated significantly instead of improving. I experienced severe adverse effects, including visible skin damage, which was acknowledged by the clinic during follow-up consultations.

After raising concerns multiple times and sharing photographic evidence, the clinic accepted that the treatment had negatively impacted my skin. Based on this acknowledgment, I was explicitly informed that a refund would be processed instead of continuing further treatment. This confirmation was provided via official communication and is documented.

Despite this assurance, the refund was never initiated. For the last three months, I have been consistently following up through emails and calls. Recently, the clinic changed its stance and is now insisting that I must continue treatment instead of providing the previously confirmed refund. This reversal was communicated after a prolonged delay, causing further distress.

It is important to highlight that:
• The skin damage was caused during the treatment period.
• The refund was clearly confirmed earlier and is documented.
• The delay and reversal appear to be an attempt to avoid accountability.
• I have maintained all communication records, including emails, messages, and treatment details.

This situation has caused me:
• Physical harm and prolonged skin issues
• Mental stress and emotional distress
• Financial loss
• Loss of trust due to misleading commitments

I am seeking fair resolution through this complaint, specifically:
• Honoring the originally confirmed refund
• Accountability for the improper service provided
• Protection for consumers against such practices
