I had Given the phone on *th September for screen damage, they had given me the phone back on **st September.
But when I check my phone there is no sim card tray available so I can not start my phone.
I had complaint via call and email then say they will check and let me know.
But still, I haven't got any satisfactory reply from their side.
One of the worst service I had ever seen.
Customer care executive does not what is going on backend team.
They give a random answer.
I need to purchase a new sim card tray to start my phone.
