I returned a damaged product symphony diet **-litre air cooler with I pure technology to Amazon. Amazon large appliance team gave me instruction return your self only. I was asked about delivery they told me compulsory they will pay delivery charges also. But after return that product that Amazon large appliance team told me sorry, we didn't pay money. Kindly take action necessary.
