I have made an online order ********* on Haldiram Online Nagpur on *rd May and ordered * kg sweet for family function at Delhi and it was a prepaid order.However till * afternoon Haldiram tracking shows it pending and ignore my mails on *th May and *th May and also helpline number no response.A d on * May the expected date shown in *th .May hence I want to cancel the order but they refuse to cancel or refund.As it was scheduled for pooja day we have to purchase the same for local store hence it was of no use now for us.Ki dly cancel or refund the order amount due to undue delay in delivery and process.
