I have raised a complaint again Videocon d*h regarding setup box not working on *th June on phone by calling customer care and they said they will send a technician with in ** hrs and rectify the problem.
After the given time,there was no response and I escalated the Issue to the customer care and spoke to the senior authority person who also gave assurance and promised that our complaint will be rectified with in **hr. This was extended till *th June. On *th June when I again reached to customer care ,they say our complaint is closed by the technician ,where as I did not recieve any technical support from any one of their team.
This is the worst experience I had and would never ever suggest anyone to buy Videocon d*h. I would be great full and feel lucky for myself if this issue get resolve.
