How I don't know but my D*h was deactivated by the company. On the call, I was told to recharge with *** rs. to resume service which I did instantly. Now from the past * days the customer service is only providing me with a false timeline of * hours on every call and keep the phone on hold for near ** mins. In name of transfer to a supervisor. If videocon goes out of the market that only will be because of their pathetic customer service. Customer ID: ********
