I raised a complaint for box replacement on some few days back.They replace but next day it was again stop to working,then they replaced the temporary box and picked up my real box with themselves and said we will give it back to you within * day. Today ** days has been passed away still they have not replaced even engineers not picked up phone. I am getting too much mentally pressure. Please do some needful action.
