Hello Sir
I purchased byju's online course for my class *th Daughter Snehal Tiwari in October **** from one of sales person Vivek Kumar
(vivek.kumar*@byjus.com) and Mr Janak Baldua, while purchasing the course they promised that they will appoint mentor who will look after kid always... however after lot of complaints no mentor has called during last two months, so I want my money back as they failed to provide their services as promised.
