I have a eurokea water purifier purchased in april **** which is not working as no water supply which means it needs a filters sercivcng. I lodge a complaint on a company number and they provide us a complaint no. ********** and said they need * working days for solving this issue but regarding it no salesman visit. I again lodge complain they said same but nothing got happen.
