They offered a slim plan and the *st day their machine did not work. feedback was shared. Second day machine gave a shock. Feedback was shared. Refund was promised by centre head after a week. When contacted the manager was ride and insulted me. The recording was shared with the CS head and Regional head. They said it was not about the refund but the experience. Owing to medical issues am not comfortable using VLCC. they forced me after waiting two weeks to take transfer to another branch. there again the machine didnt work and staff was rude. I have reached out to the cs team and the CS head and even the proprietor who conveniently is siting quietly while people are harassed by the team and services that they don'y have standard to maintain. They even have cockroaches in the premises. They have stopped responding to the emails nor taking my calls and refuse the refund.
