Invoice and Service Discrepancies:
On April **, I availed multiple services including a Facial, Threading, Underarms Wax, and Men’s Facial. However, there are significant discrepancies between the services recorded on my card and the invoice issued:
Threading was charged at INR ** on the invoice, but it is recorded as INR ** on my card by the VLCC center head.
Facial was charged at INR **** on the invoice, whereas the card mentions INR ****.
Men’s Facial was charged at INR *** on the invoice, while it is recorded as INR **** on the card.
Additionally, no invoice was issued for the Underarms Wax service.
Refusal to Issue Invoice:
On June *, I availed services for a Haircut, Threading, and Men’s Facial. Upon requesting an invoice for these services, the center head, Ms. Pranshi Garg, refused to generate one. This refusal to provide an invoice is concerning as it does not comply with standard business practices.
Unavailability of Services:
In December ****, I purchased a family card for INR *****, including taxes, expecting to avail various services. Unfortunately, for two months, the manicure and pedicure services were unavailable due to the absence of a beautician. Despite inquiring about this, I was met with unprofessional responses from Ms. Pranshi Garg, who stated that it was not her concern if the service provider was unavailable.
