Faced flat tyre on national highway around *-*pm. Called policy bazaar as I have bought car insurance from them which includes **/* road side assistance . I have actually paid extra for that service. There was literally no response from PB. Finally got a call from the company giving me a phone number to contact for help. On disliking that number the lady gave me another number . Which finally landed me to company which was no where linked to car assistance. Again called PB. Got another wrong number to contact and then Policy bazaar didn’t contact or anything . Standing on road with family is a kind of security you get if you buy policy from PolicyBazaar. It’s a clear case of scam and I have been duped in paying extra. God knows if I want another claim on my car will I even get it because I have never tried that. But have high doubt now.
