I requested for ACT Broadband at my location in Channasandra, Bangalore on **th March ****. The sales executive visited the next day, collected the amount in full promising that the Internet connection will be provided on *st April ****. Subsequently, they installed the wifi modem on and they told few steps to follow after receiving some from ACT for activating the internet connection and receiving the login credentials for PPPoE. But to date, I have not received the message and the customer care, sales executive, nodal officer are not at all helpful in resolving this issue. Kindly look into this issue asap.
