Pathetic travel agency and very bad experience.
Zoyo trip holidays India pvt ltd: Worst travel agency ever!
I would not recommend this travel agency if you are traveling in Himachal Pradesh or any other place in India.
Their review looks good in their website at first sight but as per my experience all is fack.
The so called company representative (Pratibha, Vipin, Dayanand & Rahul) on site was supposed to give us all we need and assist us with any issues arising but they can't and even didn’t pick up the phone. He was hard to get ahold on the phone or on WhatsApp and never called back either!
The internal communication in their offices was equal to zero and all things that were agreed by email did not get through correctly.
They require only money from the customer. They don't care about customer satisfaction.
All mistakes done on their side were dealt with terribly that finally I filed police complaint in Manali police thana against them.
It lead to the extend of them telling me to calm down and to start enjoying my holidays which they entirely screwed up right from the start!!!
Because at first day my luggage are lost for driver’s mistake and they didn’t give any answer or compensation. I also filed police complaint in Delhi about luggage lost but they also didn't valid response.
I urge all travelers planning any kind of trip to India, not to use this travel agency!!!
I myself have worked in the tourism industry for ** years and have never, ever seen such a low level of professionalism!
In short I will not recommend this travel agency at all.
