i have been recharged my Jio sim on **th July **** for which was using by my mother and she was illiterate and don't know to go to my jio app itself in the phone, recently my father was expired and mother is staying around ***KMs away from and i am only son to look after her. after recharging the amount the outgoing services was not activated and i contacted Jio care they have answered that you have recharged pre on post plan it will be adjusted in your future transactions, if you want the services please recharge again and utilise the services. i was contacted them through calls and mails, while speaking with care executive i came to know that they are charging from me illegally monthly Rs.**/- which the plan not available in Telangana region "Pre on Post" and also please find the communication enclosed for your ready reference. during this period i am not able to speak with my mother for about ten days because of Jio and she suffered a lot. finally Jio accepted to give the refund of my recharges but i don't want take the money because we suffered a lot.
