Y-Axis
- Service not delivered as promised Open
Ganesh filed this complaint against Y-Axis on Oct 28, 2025
I had chosen Y-Axis to seek job opportunities in the UAE. representative contacted me and explained the process. Based on that discussion, I made my first payment of ₹**,*** on *th July as requested, and I received a payment confirmation email. As per the agreement, my second and final payment was scheduled to be made by *th September.
However, from mid-August, your finance team began repeatedly calling me for payment, even after I clearly informed them that I would make the payment before the due date. Despite this, the calls continued, which caused unnecessary stress.
Moreover, as per the initial discussion, the process was supposed to begin after my first payment. But after the payment, I had to repeatedly follow up for progress. I received a cover letter draft, which contained several errors. I sent the corrections via email, but the same uncorrected version was resent multiple times. Later, I received a CV draft, which again had multiple issues. Whenever I tried to contact the concerned team for assistance, I received no proper response.
Meanwhile, the finance team continued to pressure me for full payment. When I explained my concerns, they refused to proceed further without full payment. I requested my coordinator to arrange a call from the manager several times, but there was no response. Finally, I received a call from the manager only on *rd October, after more than two months of follow-ups.
During that call, I clearly mentioned that the repeated negligence and poor communication had severely affected my career plans and that I did not wish to continue the service. I also requested a refund of the ₹**,*** I paid so that I could proceed with another agency. They refused to payback my amount. manager assured me she would check with the concerned team and revert, but to date, I have not received any update.
I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and help in processing my refund at the earliest. I have lost two months of valuable career time and faced considerable stress due to false promises and lack of service delivery as per the agreement.
I look forward to your intervention in resolving this issue
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Ganesh MV
