I have given my Suzuki access for service in Bharat Suzuki in solapur road, Pune. They have changed the battery in *.* years saying that battery company is closed and they added a new battery of Exide. Now in * months this battery is also not working and they are saying that they don't know how much time it will take. I have come *th time for the same problem but no response. They also delivered me the vehicle without even fitting the top body. It was only placed and nut bolt were there in pocket.
I had highlighted this before that there is some other problems apart from battery. And there was a noise from rear tyre. Nothing is done and bill was generated for each problem.
Summary: even after explaining the problems they did not check anything and I had to come * times for same problem.
