I visited today (*-Mar-****) MI service center today to replace my Xiaomi LED Remote due to not working.
I have met Mr. Gaurav (Service Center Manager) and he said that he is unable to change it due to the old model and asked me for the distributor bill with my remote invoice and also saying without my remote open that it has water damage. He didn't just open it but rectify easily that it has water damage
How can I provide the same. I am a Customer and I have your Brand product and Its Invoice so you have to verify everything and serve me your service.
I am not unable to go again and again for this small and cheap product.
If you can change it please let me know
