I purchased an Ola Electric S* Pro scooter (Reg. No. MP**UP****, VIN: P**AFDCB*BFA*****, Invoice No. MP******** dated **.**.****, Amount Paid: Rs. *,**,***/-) from Ola Electric, Bhopal. The vehicle suffered a critical and recurring battery failure (sudden drop to *% during active operation), posing a serious safety risk. The vehicle has been lying at Ola Electric Service Center, Bhopal since ** May **** under Job Card No. RO*********** and Ticket ID ********. Despite **+ days and * formal escalation emails including to the CEO, no repair, diagnosis confirmation, or delivery timeline has been provided. Only response received was that battery was sent to "Future Factory" on ** May **** — with no further update. Full refund of Rs. *,**,***/- demanded but not processed. This constitutes deficiency in service, manufacturing defect, and unfair trade practice .
