Mi are the cheaters.they don't care for their valuable customers.worst backened team and service centre. They don't show concern in resolving customer issues n even their CEO does nothing. I have raised my complaint at customer Care on ** Rd Oct n no solution is provided by them till date .I visited mi centre for key change n sensor clean n they updated software. On d same day my phn display goes n screen turned first blue n then black. After two days off at mi centre I visited another mi centre at different location n they said it's physical damage as ribbon is cut n it's not covered under warranty n they turned my phone out of warranty asked me to pay for repair whereas my phn was in warranty period.i told their technical team kindly update d same on my mail it's physical damage n explain me how it is physical damage. Their is no scratch on my phn.not a single one.
My phn was in warranty so there is no question of visiting outside shop for repair. I visited mi service centre only n both centre blaim each other n Ultimately customer is in dark.refrence job sheet no are rtkWXIN*************

After rigorous call n complaint thru mail n @ Manu Jain Facebook .
No response so far provided by backend n customer service centre.
Every team provide u a new complaint no and harass customer.
I will never recommend any one to buy mi phn n accessories as they never listen customer n never reply u.
