I would like to share my unfortunate experience today at the Royal Enfield Alappuzha showroom,
I gived my bike to the service showroom at *:** pm on the **,His responsible people told me that they would return the bike the other day.But they couldn't keep their promise.The next day at noon, the service center executive called me and said the bike was ready. I asked if all the problems I had mentioned when Im giving that time. They Said the bike was ready.Based on what they said, I arrived at the service center at *:** pm to buy a bike without completing my work.When I arrived, I found my bike sitting there, not even washed.When I asked, they told me to wait.I arrived at *:** PM and waited there until *:** PM.When the bike was returned, the right side mirror had not been repaired, and the bike's sensor had not been repaired.Despite this, there was not even a single apology from the staff.I went back from there after a while.I have never had such a bad experience from any other company's service center showroom.(I HAVE A CALL RECORD FROM A ROYAL ENFIELD STAFF)
