missed deadlines, poor workmanship, and lack of communication. Project I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding the painting work commenced on Despite your commitment to complete the work on time, only ∼**% of the scope mentioned in quotation no has started, and even that remains incomplete within the agreed timeline. Key issues faced daily: Resource gaps: Either tools, materials, or workers are unavailable. Materials often arrive late at night or the next day after work was scheduled. Delays: Work happens in bits and pieces. Every day some tool is missing, causing delays. Unprofessional conduct: Workers have been spitting gutka on site. No professionalism as claimed. No response: There is no point of contact responding to escalations from your company. This is unacceptable for a brand that promises timely, professional service. Request: Assign a senior manager to my project immediately Share a revised timeline with penalty clause for further delay Ensure site cleanliness and professional conduct from workers Compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused Please respond within ** hours with a resolution plan. If unresolved, I will be forced to escalate to consumer forums and social media

You repeatedly ask me about my expectations. My expectations are based on the commitments your team gave before work started.
The gap between those commitments and the actual work being executed on site is clearly visible.
Please review the current quality, planning, and execution of your team against the commitments made, instead of asking me to define my expectations again and again.
**. Site Hygiene & Damage*
I have instructed the team more than ** times to collect all debris in the covers provided. I even supplied *–* covers for this purpose. These instructions were ignored.
As a direct result, a rainwater pipe got blocked, causing water to enter the house. It was the company’s responsibility to ensure proper site hygiene and execution. Despite multiple reminders, this was not followed.
**. Haphazard Execution*
Work is constantly shifted from one area to another without completion. Window work started on Friday – the same windows were opened and closed twice, and today they were all banging due to improper handling. This is exactly why I requested that one area be finished ***% before moving to the next.
**. Service Experience*
I regret availing services from Asian Paints. At the initial stage itself, I had asked if your team could manage this work professionally. I should not have proceeded based on the assurances given.
This has become an unnecessary burden instead of a hassle-free service.
