I have ordered a lehenga through the Instagram profile of a traditional wear selling store. After getting product description I have placed an order through their agent using WhatsApp. But on *rd March ****, I got the delivery, it was totally a different thing provided it wasn't the ordered product. When I asked the agent he said he will raise the complaint but since then he is been ignoring the messages I sent and not replying it. I was totally mentally and financially tortured.
