- Send a defective piece ^Open

I ordered a kurta from _divas_club(Diva's club by hs_singh**)..while placing the order they were very polite and was answering all queries. and told they will exchange the product in case of defect only.
The order I received is a defective piece with multiple cuts and stiches . On first place they didn't check the order before sending and when I messaged them and told them about the problem they called me back and were very rude on the call. asking I have to invest from my side if I want a exchange for it. after that they gave me a offer to return the kurta (on my expense) and they will return the money back. I messaged them please initiate the refund I will send it back ,but they stopped responding me over watsapp . When I wrote a public review about them, they blocked me .I am bound to put this comment as I have been cheated. Please help me.
