- Seller not delivering ordered quantity and specified item ^Open

I ordered ** piece HP ** GB *.* Pen Drive on ** May , however the seller send me only ** piece ** GB *.* pendrive and same was received on ** may .

I informed the seller about quantity I received which was ** piece only and specification was also different ( ordered = HP ** GB *.* pendrive , Recieved = HP ** GB *.* pendrive)

When I informed the seller the reply was " wait I will check and revert back " however I have not received any reply from the seller .

Now the seller neither received my calls nor replied to my message on whatsapp . The Seller is ignoring my calls & Message

It's already been more than * Month since the day I informed seller about less quantity I received and wrong specifications.
