- Security Deposit Not Refunded ^Open

I am a law student and I came to Delhi for my Internship. I rented out a room with double sharing in a *Bhk house from Nestaway in the month of Dec ****. I have contacted the agent named Rohit of the company and booked my stay. I was asked to give **** as registration charges then **,*** as security deposit and my first month rent which was around *,***. In total I have paid them **,*** in starting only. On **th December I moved in to the property. Then in January suddenly the company people cam to house and said we have to vacate this property because the owner has listed out the property. Then they started calling me and threatened me to vacate the house. They did not even give a proper notice period time to vacate the house, which is against the law. I also paid the rent for the month of Jan ****. But then also I had no option to other than to vacate because of the pressure from Company. On **st Jan **** I vacated the house and they said within seven days security deposit amount will come to my account. But till now I have not received any amount. And when I am checking the status of refund in app, it is showing that they have deducted my whole amount in unnecessary and false charges and not willing to pay my full security deposit back. I want my security deposit back + registration charges + Jan month rent back. because they have kicked out me in middle of the month that to without any notice. They have cutted *,*** in pending dues, *,*** for painting charges, *,*** for maintenance, etc. I have barely stayed their for one month and they have charged in total **,*** -- *k registration, *k Dec rent, **k security and *k for Jan rent.
