I raised a checkout note on **st feb that I will checkout on **st march and they said **** rs will be refunded back in ** days max time. It's been ** days and no response yet. they sent me another invoice stating that I have to pay extra amount. After many escalations, they sent me another invoice saying **** will be refunded back. When I contact property manager, he said he is not responsible and they charged me for some repairs. While I checkout, they did not say anything.. When I check with property manager, they said they will not inspect in front of me itseems. How can they charge me without my presence? There is no customer support at all. This is a fraud company. I raised complaints on Twitter and other media but of no use.
