I checked in the Colive property on *th Jan **** and paid the amount of Rs. **,*** ( Residential Rent + Deposit). And we paid an amount of *K in the month of December as reservation fees. I placed the check out request on **st Jan and checked out on *st Feb. Handed over the keys to the facilities and check-out was confirmed. Now they are asking me the rent for the Feb month and asking me additional charges. Kindly help.
