Dear Account Team,
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the delay in receiving my security amount. I had tried calling to the account teams / ********** multiple times, but my calls went unanswered.
As per my last conversation with account team security amount has to be credited by Monday / ** Dec **** but still it's not received. Kindly look into this and reach out to me as soon as possible.
