i have purchased sketchers shoes from Shoe XpressBaner road Pune in */*/**. After few days i have observed that shoes seam is coming off front front part of the shoe and highlighted to sketchers team by mail on **th Jan ** but it's been more than month , i am daily giving them reminders to solve my issue but all in vein. Currently , i am living in Chandigarh and can't go to pune to return shoes for physical verification, therefore, i have requested to Sketchers team to allow me verification of shoe from Chandigarh but even after many reminders on daily basis , i am not getting any response.
