Firstly the screen was fluctuating and then after some days, when I cleaned the screen with cloth then after switching on the TV, the lines appeared and nothing is working. The TV is shut down and only *,* months had been passed since the bought date. And the service man is charging ***** and saying that it is physcially damaged and so on. It's new TV and also I have purchased extended warranty of **** for * years then also I am facing such issue. I don't know what to do.
