- Scammed of INR ^Open

I am an owner of Maruti Ritz **** Model, Car # WB########I sold this car to your company on **th Jan **** at a price of INR *,**,***, out of which INR **,*** was kept on Hold towards a condition that this amount shall only be released to me if & only during my presence on the RC Transfer Date at the schedule location.



Now yesterday i.e. on *th April ****, I get a Text Message on my Registered Mobile Number with you all that My Car RC has been successfully transferred, I called up your customer service team at ****-*****-**** twice and both the times I was informed that the withheld amount of INR **,*** shall be released to me within **-** business hours, it was fine to me till this (Call Recording Available)



At night around *pm I had a word with the Kolkata, Car Dekho Manager Mr. Santanu (Ph # +** ************ ), and he conveys to me that my INR **,*** has been forfeited as I have declined my presence on the venue & date of RC Transfer to which I was shocked because I never spoken to anyone about the same.



I informed him that I never ever spoken to anyone about this RC Transfer incident and nor did I ever Declined my Presence, to which Mr.Santanu said the Central Team tried contacting me several times and I didn't respond to the call hence the money is forfeited.



I informed him that I never got a call from Car Dekho customer service number which is ****-*****-**** (known to me through car dekho text mgs) and never did I receive any text message or WhatsApp stating about several attempts to reach me and I have never ever spoken to anyone from Car Dekho and said a NO to my presence during RC Transfer, to which Mr. Santanu said if in case I never verbally spoken to anyone over the phone from Car Dekho and said a NO I would get my INR **,***. He told me he is going to get the Vox Files of any calls made to me wherein I said a NO, and if their is no such VOX Files I shall get my money, and I said perfect (Call Recording Available).



Today I received a Call from some phone # (+** ********) and this Gentlemen calls and just kept saying "I wont get the money cause I didn't receive the call". He never mentioned about which phone number, Why no text message or WhatsApp (Call Recording Available).



This clearly indicates a lot of things.



Now as a Customer how I am suppose to know which and how many phone numbers does Car Dekho can call and what time and what date, why should a customer be **** available to receive any calls thinking it might be from Car Dekho. Why no intimation being delivered on Text Message or WhatsApp about the several attempts of calls made to me with a Call Back Number, Why without my Verbal Authorisation RC has been transferred assuming I wont be present during RC Transfer.



All the above points are very evident of the fact that how your team are trying to escape the presence of the owner while RC Transfer so they can gain upon the Withheld amount.



I want Car Dekho to either show me One Vox File wherein I said a NO or Any WhatsApp or Text Message log wherein This attempt intimation was sent to me.

I have all the Call Recordings of Calls made to your Customer Service, Mr. Santanu and this Last Gentlemen who called me.
