So on ** June **** which is today I booked * tickets through easemytrip.com From manali to Delhi. before I make payment the seats were available hence i proceed for payment details, i made payment and after the payment was successful the new window popped on their website which says thank you for booking with us and Booking is Pending from Bus Operator. I tried to download the ticket however in the ticket the status of the ticket was showing rejected hence i immediately called the number that they sent me to through Text message. Noone answered that no i called *-* times. So i went on their website tried calling the landline no call was connected to one of the employee name Pushpender who said give me the booking ID i will check i did that he said the booking is not confirmed by driver yet and it usually takes **-** mins Which dose'nt make sense I told him i can see on your website that the status of the ticket is rejected but he continuously asking me to wait for **-** mins. I asked him what kind of procedure is this why did u deducted money from my account without confirming seats with bus operate he had no answer...later on he just put his phone on mute when i asked him to let me talk to his senior and disconnected after a minute. I waited for ** mins after i called again another consultant came over phone took my booking id checked the details and informed me that your booking has been cancelled because of driver didn't accepted it , I immediately check on their website the same seats were still available after an hour of making payment still they lied and send me the email stating your booking was cancelled by driver and in *-* business days you will receive money back I don't want to wait for these days cause in the end they never gonna pay me my money . If i go on trip advisor and check the frauds easmytrip.com almost every person has suffered from this. i want to file strong case against the founder CEO and the entire company. Not because only i got scammed but because there are *** or **** of people making payment and some of them only have the money of booking tickets which is now gonna be held by these scammers for days and they never going to receive it back people dont know whom to talk what to say or where to go. Please understand and sue these company I will do anything to stop this scam.
