I ordered a product from amazify.com. The product name is HiFi Wireless Earbuds with *** Hours Playtime Ambient Mode, Bluetooth *, Noise Cancellation, Waterproof (IPX*), Wireless Power Bank, ***H Battery!! × *.
This was listed on a price of **** Rs/-. The product got delivered from Delhivery.com.
The product mentioned on the website and the product that got delivered to me are different. I emailed them a couple of times for the update. However, they have not responded to any of my emails. The phone number is also not reachable. It is registered in the name of MM associates and I have read a lot of reviews from customer stating that this seller is fake. Can you please help resolve this? This is not only for money but it is also for other customers who got cheated by them.
