A duplicate amount of Rs. ****.** was claimed (against my one transaction) on **/**/****
Subsequently I've raised complaint upto the Nodal officer but no resul, a lot of call is being made to me just to convince me to pay the duplicate amount which is not due at all. I request through this portal, Please do needful to come out of this issue.
