I have been working for Lakmé Salon as a manager for the past * months and recently a staff was very rude to me during work hours and also put her hands on me. When I told the owner about this, she took the situation very lightly and said that she will take care of it after she comes back from her vacation. I didn’t like the way she reacted to the situation and left the job then and there.
Post that I spoke to the Area manager and also spoke to the owner a couple of times but the owner is not at all responsive and has held my salary since the **th of June.
