Sir, I've been fired from the job due to non performance basis and I did all the formalities regarding f.n.f and the person who was in in charge told me that you will get your money after ** days.But it's been more than ** days and they're not giving my salary.And at the time of hiring they did not told me that you will not get salary on non performance basis.They Even told me at the time of signing f.n.f you will get your money.But they're trying to pointing out that on non performance basis it hard to get a salary after going for a month they are saying this.Please help if you can see I do not have any proof beside the f.n.f form.
