I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding a serious issue with my vehicle TATA Tiago i-CNG HR**S ****, which I have observed recently. There is significant rust all over the fuel filler area, which I believe could lead to more severe consequences, including the potential for a fire hazard. This rust issue has raised considerable concern, especially as it could cause severe damage to the car.
Additionally, when I attempted to refuel the vehicle at a CNG station, the pump operator denied me service, citing the rusted condition of the fuel filler area. This has further complicated the situation, as I am now unable to refuel the vehicle, which affects its usability.
I request that you urgently look into this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible, as it poses both a safety concern and an inconvenience to my daily commute. Please advise on the necessary steps to address the rust problem and ensure the vehicle is safe for operation.
