Complaint Against Rude Behavior of Store Manager Mr. Sameer Nirkhe (Employee ID: ********) at Dmart Andheri East
Dear [Dmart Customer Service Team],
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the behavior of the Andheri East Dmart store manager, Mr. Sameer Nirkhe (Employee ID: ********), during my recent visit.
Today, I made a purchase at your Andheri East location, which included a shaving kit, a one-time-use razor (** pieces), foam, and two after-shave products. While at the counter, an employee named Ms. Shraddha questioned my purchase, asking why I was buying such a quantity of razors. This line of questioning, done in front of other customers, made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I explained that the items were for personal use, but Ms. Shraddha continued to comment on the quantity, which hurt my sentiments.
Feeling humiliated, I requested that she call the manager, expecting the matter to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, when Mr. Sameer Nirkhe arrived, his behavior only worsened the situation. Rather than addressing my concerns with respect, he was rude, dismissive, and even raised his finger at me, saying "Lena hai toh lo, otherwise leave." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position.
As a long-time customer of Dmart, I am thoroughly disappointed by this experience. The disrespectful attitude of both the employees and the manager has caused me to lose trust in Dmart’s service. The treatment I received today is not what I expect from a brand that I have supported over the years. I am left feeling humiliated and disrespected, and I will be sharing this experience with my family, friends, and social circles, advising them to avoid this store.
I urge you to take immediate action regarding the conduct of Mr. Sameer Nirkhe. He has not only damaged the customer experience but is also setting a poor example for the employees under his supervision. If this behavior continues, it will undoubtedly harm the reputation of Dmart in the future.
Please consider removing Mr. Sameer Nirkhe from his managerial position and reinforcing the importance of customer respect to all employees. Customers are the lifeblood of any business, and without our patronage, stores like yours would not exist. I do not wish for this incident to be repeated with other customers, and I sincerely hope that Dmart takes swift and appropriate action.
If such issues persist, I will be forced to explore further avenues, including legal recourse, to ensure that I am treated with the respect I deserve as a customer.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that Dmart will take this complaint seriously and act accordingly.
